The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere, with beautifully decorated common areas that made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I really appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The hallways were wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane. The elevator was also conveniently located near the reception area, saving me from having to climb stairs.
I would have loved to see more assistance from the staff, especially when it came to catering to the needs of senior guests. It would have been helpful if the children working there were more attentive and ready to offer assistance when needed.

The hotel is located in a picturesque village in the heart of the mountains, providing a beautiful backdrop for a relaxing vacation. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with recently renovated bathrooms that offer a touch of modernity. the staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all your needs are met during your stay. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of choices to suit every palate, and the nearby cafe provides internet access for staying connected.
Some communication issues may arise as the staff may not always be readily available to provide assistance in case of emergencies.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. The rooms were clean and newly remodeled with views of the mountains.
The breakfast was a bit sparse for 8 euros per person. The Wi fi access should be for free or at a daily fixed rate instead of an hourly rate of 3 euros.

Room was very clean and tidy and was well monitored and maintained during the three day stay. The room has plenty of storage space for sporting equipment and attire. Breakfast was basic fare, with excellent bread and yogurt. The service was prompt and personnel watchful of availability of the basic food provided.
I recommend an improved procedure for providing for hot beverages in the morning breakfast room. One automatic machine resulted in some lines forming when accessing the machine and, unfortunately, the product was only adequate in terms of flavor ( regarding coffee). An improved parking surface (ie paved with asphalt )that could be completely cleared of snow quickly would permit more parking space in winter. An entire area adjacent to the hotel was wet and muddy and access was removed to the guests with arrived in autos.

Had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel! the buildings were modern, clean, and in a quiet location near the river. the rooms were basic but well finished, with good bathrooms. the staff provided excellent customer service and were very helpful. Plus, the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the village and enjoying the ski slopes.
The dining options were limited, with only two dishes available for dinner. the breakfast buffet only offered cold food, and the quality of the hot drinks was poor.

My recent stay at Excellent Hotel in the beautiful mountain village was truly memorable. The family-run hotel offered a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The clean and comfortable room provided stunning views of the mountains, which was a perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was a delightful way to start each day, and the tasty dinner options were a treat after a day of exploring the surrounding nature. The staff, especially Ardi, provided excellent service with their fluent English and helpful suggestions for local activities. The hotel's location was ideal - peaceful yet just a short walk from the town center. For those who love cycling, the hotel offers safe storage for bikes and there are great rental options nearby. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to picturesque walking trails allowed me to enjoy the beauty of the area without needing my car. Whether you're a solo traveler, a couple, or a family, this hotel and its location have something for everyone. I highly recommend Excellent Hotel for a truly enjoyable and unforgettable stay.
